Ring & DuChateau has been named to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s 2023 Top Work Place list! This is the 7th year we’ve made the list. We’re thankful to have been included and grateful to our staff, who made this happen.
Staff voluntarily and anonymously complete the the Top Workplace survey about their workplace. Survey data is compiled and measured against several hundred other companies’ results and those in the top brackets of their category are named to the Top Workplace list.
“We work in a very challenging technical industry that has significant time and budget pressures, however we strive to keep reasonable work life balance to allow us all to have time to focus on the most important parts of life,” said Ring & DuChateau President Mike McGann. “We’re thankful for staff sharing their opinions, and want to encourage everyone to keep the lines of communication open to keep our workplace one we all want to be part of.”
