Holly Blomquist has been promoted to Ring & DuChateau’s newest partner. She has been with the firm since 2014, starting as a lighting designer, followed by a promotion to lighting group manager in 2017, and being named an associate in 2019.
“We’re thrilled that Holly has accepted the partnership,” said Ring & DuChateau President Mike McGann. “She brings to the group unique industry insight and experience so will continue to be a valuable asset as we move forward.”
Holly holds a bachelor’s degree from Clarke College in Iowa, plus a Master of Fine Arts from UW-Madison. She has won several industry awards in her career and was named one of the Milwaukee Business Times Notable Women in Construction & Design in 2020. In her 11 years with Ring & DuChateau, Holly has built a solid team that has established itself within the industry as a value-added service for engineering design, as well as a stand-alone provider of lighting design services. Her professional background also includes theatrical lighting for live performances and performance facilities.
