Ring & DuChateau provided multi-discipline systems design, including lighting design and energy modeling, for Hy City Enterprises’ new building. The facility focuses on enhanced employee well-being through features like floor to ceiling windows to integrate natural daylight, an onsite fitness center, a work café, an outdoor employee garden, a state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen and 30,000 sf of underground parking.
