Ring & DuChateau provided multi-discipline design for this new five story office building to house Duluth Trading Company’s corporate headquarters downtown Mt. Horeb. The facility includes a 22-stall parking garage, meeting spaces, workout and locker rooms, flexible work spaces, a 250-person conference room, catering kitchen, 4,000 sf employee lounge and 2,000 sf outdoor patio.
