Ring & DuChateau’s HVAC department welcomed Kelsey Hailey as an engineer back in March, two months ahead of her graduation from MSOE with a degree in Architectural Engineering.

Prior to working with Ring & DuChateau, Hailey completed internships with both structural and electrical engineering firms, but ultimately chose HVAC for her career path. Although she is from the Kansas City area, she like the Milwaukee area so decided to stay.

Hailey begins working full time in June.
