As Ring & DuChateau continues down a path of steady and sustainable growth, it is important to foster growth and recognition within our company. The strength of our company is based on its institutional knowledge – its employees’ ability to implement engineering knowledge, effective communications, and bring our clients’ visions to reality. To that end, we have named three valued staff members as associates.

Senior Commissioning Provider Shana Jones, DE, QCxP, joined R&D in 1998 as a CAD designer. She advanced to HVAC design then in 2015 moved to the Commissioning group, where she specializes in healthcare and collaborative commissioning. She holds an Associate Degree in Architectural Technology from MATC as well as a BS in Leadership and Organizations from Marquette University.

Senior Project Engineer Jeff Van Kauwenberg, PE, joined R&D in 2019. He is a Milwaukee School of Engineering graduate with more than 15 years of HVAC systems design experience specializing in healthcare. He holds professional engineer licenses in both Wisconsin and Minnesota.

Senior Project Manager R.D. Ruffin, PE, joined R&D in 2022. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Milwaukee School of Engineering and is a licensed professional engineer in Wisconsin. His experience includes more than two decades of mechanical systems design and project management, specializing in healthcare.
