The Tower was developed as an addition to the existing campus within the center of a functioning complex urban site.  It includes new operating rooms, intensive care units and private patient rooms.  In addition to designing HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems for the building, Ring & DuChateau designed major upgrades to the Central Plant to serve the new building.
