Ring & DuChateau Consulting Engineers has named Linda Russell as the company’s human resources director. Russell has more than 25 years of experience in human resources and has worked with R&D as a consultant with similar responsibilities since 2007.

“Linda has proven herself to be a true asset to our team, offering new ideas and being instrumental in making R&D a great place to work,” said Ring & DuChateau President Dave DuChateau. “We are happy to welcome her as a full-fledged member of the Ring & Du family.”

As an official staff member, Russell will continue her focus on staff training and development, employee relations and benefits administration and compensation.

“This is already the best organization I’ve been a part of and I’m thrilled to have made my employment official,” said Russell. “And things will just keep getting better as we work to bring on new talent and develop new initiatives to keep staff motivated and engaged.”
