The Milwaukee Business Journal has recognized Ring & DuChateau consulting engineers as one of Wisconsin’s largest engineering firms. The top-25 list published in the newspaper’s February 3, 2017 issue ranked firms according to number of licensed engineers on staff.

“We have always followed a philosophy of responsible growth and hiring, which has resulted in steady, but managed,  growth throughout the years,” explained Ring & DuChateau President Dave DuChateau.  “That managed growth has allowed us to continue to respond to all of our existing and new clients’ design needs with consistency in quality and innovation.”

With a current staff team of more than 70, including the 21 licensed engineers considered in the ranking, responsible and consistent growth has more benefit than simply having the staff depth to handle many projects concurrently.  According to Human Resources Director Linda Russell, it has also resulted in minimal staff turnover.

“Our average staff tenure company-wide is over 11 years,” Russell said. “That means we’re able to offer our clients the benefit of engineers who have proven client relationships that allow them to better understand the unique desires and circumstances associated with each client.”
