Engineering or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. |

| Requires
application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in
executing engineering tasks. Designs and develops portions
of engineering projects from inception through completion or a
complete project of limited scope. Project manager selects
techniques and/or procedures for non-routine work.
Receives technical guidance and supervisory approval; works
under direction. Work includes client contact.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Minimum of 5 years of
experience with design for healthcare, institutional,
commercial, educational, municipal, and industrial projects or
construction engineering.
Performs engineering
design calculations, technical comparisons, and similar
technical work as required by assignment.
Prepares studies and
reports to evaluate systems and options.
Coordinates design
with other disciplines.
Responds to RFI's and
prepares CB's under supervision of Project Engineer or Project
Manager.
Responsible for
delegating work tasks to designers, technicians, and CAD
operators.
Researches code
issues. Researches design options and documents findings.
Possibility of
overnight travel to client sites.
Proficient in MS
Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
